About The Project

Implemented by the Global Nomads Group, the Content Creation Lab is a unique virtual internship in which young people from around the world create original curricula on pressing topics like climate justice, inclusive leadership, contemporary careers, and mental health.

Using the “by youth, for youth” model, young people ages 11-25 work virtually on peer-led, multinational teams to design learning content that is widely disseminated to others via their youth-designed digital platform, reaching over 10,000 youth in over 65 countries annually.

Through their youth-driven design process, young designers collaborate with peers from all over the world, gaining professional experience in research, writing, video production, backward curriculum mapping, Universal Design, inclusive leadership, building for accessibility, and more.

Global Nomads Group has been connecting youth across geographic and cultural divides for over 25 years. Their mission is to unite global youth in experiences that provide the connection, skills-building and support they need to create a better world for us all.
