About The Project

Barry van Driel is the President of the International Association for Intercultural Education (IAIE) and since 2000 has been the Editor-in-Chief of the international academic journal Intercultural Education.

As a consultant for the European Commission, Mr. van Driel has authored several thematic papers on issues related to equality. He also co-coordinates the education work of the War Childhood Museum in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and is a Board member of the SIRIUS Policy Network on Migrant Education. For 27 years he was responsible for international teacher education at Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands.
