About The Project

Barry van Driel is President of the International Association for Intercultural Education (IAIE) and has been the Editor in Chief of the international academic journal Intercultural Education since 2000. Barry serves as a consultant to the European Commission, authoring several thematic papers on issues relating to equality. He also co-coordinates the education work of the War Childhood Museum in Sarajevo. Furthermore, he is a Board member of the SIRIUS policy network on migrant education. For 27 years he was responsible for international teacher education at the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam.
