About The Project

The association’s mission is to implement actions with the objective of social empowerment and intercultural collaboration for the whole community and create dynamic intercultural processes.

The project aims to foster intercultural understanding by forming a mixed group of Roman and Italian women. Creating a space for opportunities and collaboration in order to share cultural experiences through cooking and by establishing a social enterprise to create a possibility for economical development. Cookery is a common language and a powerful “space” of encounter and provides the chance to improve their lives in multiple aspects.
